Covid-19 Info & Policy

With the rise of illnesses and COVID-19 variants within the U.S., we will be implementing safety procedures for AIR22.
We will follow CDC-recommended guidelines. This list is subject to updating. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Masks are required indoors and outside when within 6’ of others who aren’t in your room group. Please don’t remove masks until outside (including entryways and foyers) or in your hotel room, and don’t please don’t enter the retreat halls until your mask is on. Retreat hall staff will ask you to put your mask on inside the retreat halls at any point.
     

  • Exceptions to the mask mandate will be made for the following: A medical condition including those with respiratory conditions that restrict breathing, mental health conditions, or disability contraindicates the wearing of a facial covering; An individual is communicating or seeking to communicate with someone who is hearing-impaired or has another disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
     

  • Bullying anyone for wearing or not wearing a mask will not be tolerated.
     

  • Disinfectant products will be made available to all attendees and guests.
     

*If the United States mandates quarantine, we will postpone all events (except for a few metaverse accessible activities) until the mandate is lifted.

 

*If you are planning to attend from outside of the U.S., please be prepared to quarantine yourself upon arrival.
